Conveying Section:
Conveying slide way use the airline aviation aluminum material and carbon steel chain, strong wearing resistance, small heating stress, bilateral chain slot design which to ensure the double life time than the unilateral chain slot, motor drive with diverter control, speed controlled by the computer operation interface directly, auto-regulate the width by computer input, four guide screw rotate simultaneously, avoid the phenomenon of bell-mouthed, self-lubricating system which could set any time for refueling; Total stainless steel conveying retiary belt which keep the same speed with the chain, synchronization accuracy up to ± 0.5%, which could meet the demand for mass production and the simultaneous production of variety of models;
Heating Module:
8 modules on both up and down deck, import high-temperature motor, Japan heating wire, stainless steel wind-guide cover and independent heating box design, each module could be pulled out and easy for cleaning and maintenance;
Heating Zone Structure:
Heating zone use the small cycling structure, wind speed and flow is controlled by the up and down deck, which would meet the technique requirement for the double face soldering for board; Soldering area use the micro-cycling structure avoiding the horizontal and lateral wind force, also the phenomenon of temperature-cross and component stand-up, independently control the wind speed and flow, the Temp. Accuracy reach up to ± 1º C, the temperature difference up to 70º C;
Heating Zone Distribution:
1~3 section is the preheating Zone, 4~6 section is the heating zone, 7~8 section is the soldering zone, the power is the same between the 6th. And soldering zone, it is available to set two or three soldering zone, in order to meet the processing requirement and better solder effect,;
Heating Method:
In order to meet the solder processing technique of solder paste board, red glue board or double side paste-soldering board, could set the 16 modules to heat independently, by up and down deck, separated section(1~3, 4~6, 7~8)heating or wholly heating;
Cooling Section:
Two Cooling block, up and down convective strong wind cooling, cooling speed 3~4º C/second
Furnace Section:
All of the material in the furnace applied the complete stainless steel fabrication which ensure corrosion resistant; Up and down furnace entire lifting up by electric; Easy to clean and maintenance; Surroundings applied the high-temperature seal tape to ensure no gas leakage from the furnace.
Exhaust Gas Recycle:
Available independent discharging holes for every heating zone, furnace inlet, outlet, soldering zone and cooling zone to keep the internal furnace clean; Also reduce the sub-pressure in the furnace caused by the exhaust gas discharging and the temperature crossing caused by the air convection; Collect all of the soldering flux of exhaust discharging holes to a filter tank, and then to be discharged after cooling and filter.
