Operation procedures:
Connect to the power supply, open the cap, pour the tin dross into slag barrel, close the cap, open the power switch, set the temperature controller (0~400º Cwould be adjustable, normal default would be 300º C), reset, start warming up, set the time controller(1s~10h would be adjustable, normal default would be 15min), after temperature reached, auto connect to the time controller to start timing, the agitate motor start stirring, in the process of stirring, agitator would auto go up and down, time reached, agitator auto up to the top position, buzzer start alarming, the operator turn off the buzzer switch, open the cap, take off the tin dross container, throw out the tin ash, open the tin output mouth(special tool), aim to the molding plate, put the liquid tin into molding plate, take out the tin bar after cooled down, put away the tin dross container into the machine, turn on the buzzer switch, the recovery processing finished. If continuing working, just repeat the above procedure steps.
