Titanium alloy furnace pipe and internal parts, dual-wave design, tin wave motor adopt Italy BM motor, tin wave height setting adopt the Datle transducer; Tin furnace volume 420KG, tin wave width: 80-360mm(Patent Technique), tin dross is only 1/3 of the common wave soldering machine and could save at least US Dollar 22, 000/ year, lead screw ascending, temperature control PID+SSR; Equipped with exhaust gas collection device;

Cooling Section:
Up and down strong wind cooling, fast cooling with exhaust gas collection outlet;
Conveying Section:
Convey system bear by the Titanium alloy dual-claw, converter control by motor drive, electronic speed regulator;
Power Switch:
Allocated with programmable time controller, auto-on/off according to the setting time;

Angle Regulation Configuration:
Front and rear lift-up with external labor-saving adjustable device from the range of 4~7º C, marked by ruling;
