Spraying Section:

Preheating Section:

Tin Furnace Section:
Titanium alloy furnace pipe and internal parts, dual-wave design, tin wave motor adopt Italy BM motor, tin wave height setting adopt the Datle transducer; Tin furnace volume 420KG, tin wave width: 80-360mm(Patent Technique)tin dross is only 1/3 of the common wave soldering machine and could save at least US Dollar 22, 000/ year, tin wave width is electrical controlled, equipped with central supporting device which could avoid the board bending during furnace processing, tin furnace ascend and descend by the turbine bar device, automatic up and down, economy and durable, temperature control PID+SSR; Equipped with exhaust gas collection device;

Conveying Section:
Convey system bear by the Titanium alloy dual-claw, converter control by motor drive, speed and processing width directly adjust by computer operation;
