Control Section:

Spraying Section:
Stepping motor spraying; ST-6 resin nozzle, auto-detect distance, external Constant Pressure tank for solder flux with no vaporization, stable flow, separate with high temperature, easy material-adding and cleaning, design with protection against fire and explosion; Maze-design solder flux collection system, internal suction box, allocated with steel mash filter system and backflow preventer device; Internal flow control device, arbitrary spraying distance setting from the front, back as well as the sides(selective partial spraying);

Claw-washing Section:
Auto-cycle claw-washing device(import micro pump with acid proof);

Preheating Section:
Three preheating section, first section adopt the infrared cesium vapor lamp+ high temperature glass, second section adopt quartz radiator tube, third section adopt micro hot air, high temperature motor drive to ensure the homogeneous temperature on the board surface and bottom, drawer module design, power wire use the air-socket connection, easy to clean, stainless steel upper heat holding cover, electricity-saving design to avoid heat power spread to the outside, temperature controlled by PID+SSR;

Heat compensation section:
Completely stainless steel fabricated, infrared lamp tube+ high temperature glass heating, power wire with air-socket connection, temp. Controller PID+SSR;

Tin Furnace Section:
Titanium alloy furnace pipe and internal parts, dual-wave design, tin wave motor adopt Italy BM motor, tin wave height setting adopt the Datle transducer; Tin furnace volume 420KG, tin wave width: 80-360mm(Patent Technique)tin dross is only 1/3 of the common wave soldering machine and could save at least US Dollar 22, 000/ year, tin wave width is electrical controlled, equipped with central supporting device which could avoid the board bending during furnace processing, tin furnace ascend and descend by the turbine bar device, automatic up and down, economy and durable, temperature control PID+SSR; Equipped with exhaust gas collection device;

Solder Recovery Section:
Equipped with solder recovery device which could control independently to collect the low tin dross generated everyday, recover tin dross once again after full loaded, further reduce the cost and realize zero waste;
Cooling Section:
Up and down strong wind cooling, fast cooling with exhaust gas collection outlet;

Conveying Section:
Convey system bear by the Titanium alloy dual-claw, converter control by motor drive, speed and processing width directly adjust by computer operation;

Power Switch:
Allocated with programmable time controller, auto-on/off according to the setting time;
