Scope of Application
1. Inspection of BGA welding (bridge welding, open circuit, cold welding, void and so on)
2. Welding inspection of such super-fine parts as system LSI(broken circuit or continuous welding)
3. Inspection of packaged ICs, rectifiers, resistors, capacitors, connectors and other semiconductors
4. Inspection of PCBA welding
5. X-ray examination of metal parts, heating elements, pearls, sinks, and lithium cells internal structures

Features

1. Equipped with sealed-pipe-type maintenance-free micro-focus X-ray tubes.
2. Equipped with stepless speed changing lever for convenient control of speed, angle and range.
3. All moving parts are equipped with ball screws and driven by steppers, so motions are smoother with high precision and lower noise.
4. High-voltage power source and X-ray tubes are connected in a split way. If there is anything wrong with the power source, you do not have to replace the whole X-ray system and it is also very convenient to maintain the power source.
5. Equipped with software to calculate the BGA void ratio automatically.
6. Automatic X-ray tube protection: F on operation happens on the system for 20 minutes, the system will turn off automatically and come to protection mode.
7. Automatic machine protection: If any door is openedhe unit will turn off immediately and come to protection mode and the X-ray emission stops immediately.
8. Automatic count of X-ray tubes cumulative operation functions are optional.
